Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our active break programs. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your service agreement, we will work with you to address your concerns or provide a full refund of your initial payment.
30-Day Trial Period
New clients receive a 30-day trial period to evaluate our programs. During this period, you can assess whether our services meet your company's wellness and engagement goals. If you decide to cancel within this period, you are eligible for a full refund.
Satisfaction Requirements
To qualify for our satisfaction guarantee, you must:
- Ensure your team participates in at least 80% of scheduled sessions
- Provide detailed feedback about your experience with the programs
- Communicate any concerns to our support team within the trial period
- Document specific issues or areas for improvement
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies based on your service agreement term and the timing of your cancellation request.
During Trial Period (Days 1-30)
If you cancel during the 30-day trial period and meet the satisfaction guarantee requirements, you will receive a full refund of your initial payment. No cancellation fees apply during this period.
After Trial Period
Cancellation policies after the trial period depend on your specific service agreement:
- 3-month agreements: 30-day notice required; early termination fee of 50% of remaining contract value
- 6-month agreements: 60-day notice required; early termination fee of 40% of remaining contract value
- 12-month agreements: 90-day notice required; early termination fee of 30% of remaining contract value
- Month-to-month agreements: 30-day notice required; no early termination fees

Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation during the 30-day trial period with satisfaction guarantee requirements met
- Failure to deliver services as specified in your agreement
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service suspension due to our error or system failure
Refund Amount
Refund amounts are calculated based on the following:
- Full refund of initial payment for cancellations during trial period
- Prorated refund for unused services after trial period
- Deductions for early termination fees as specified in your agreement
- Service credits applied to future payments when applicable
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Submit any relevant documentation or evidence
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days
- You will receive confirmation of approval or denial with explanation
Service Modifications
If you need to modify your service agreement, such as changing the number of participants or program type, we will work with you to adjust your contract. Modifications may result in adjustments to your billing.
Upgrade Options
You can upgrade to a higher-tier program at any time. The upgrade fee will be prorated based on your remaining contract period.
Downgrade Options
Downgrades to a lower-tier program are available with 30-day notice. Credits will be applied to your account for the difference in pricing.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are non-refundable:
- Sessions that have already been conducted
- Custom program development and customization fees
- Facilitator training and onboarding services
- Printed materials and physical resources provided
- One-time setup and implementation fees
Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation, we encourage you to contact our support team to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a fair resolution. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate your dispute to our management team.
Escalation Process
To escalate a dispute:
- Document your issue with specific details and dates
- Submit a formal dispute request to our management team
- Provide any relevant evidence or documentation
- Our management team will review your case within 10 business days
- You will receive a written decision regarding your dispute
Special Circumstances
Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions) that prevent us from delivering services, we will work with you to either suspend services temporarily or provide a prorated refund for the affected period.
Company Closure or Relocation
If your company closes or relocates and can no longer participate in our programs, we will provide a prorated refund for unused services, minus any applicable early termination fees.

BreakVibe reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. For existing service agreements, policy changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law.
